Personalized/Custom Printed Items Policy
The GOMBU MCP Store offers numerous items that can be customized with your logo, name, or other details.
All Products must have a corporate logo on them before they can ship.
When placing an order for a personalized or custom order, please ensure that the item can be customized and complete all necessary fields. Customers will be prompted to upload their custom logo and type the desired name that will be placed on the product.

Payment Methods
The GOMBU MCP Store accepts all major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for Visa or MasterCard transactions.
Customers’ must provide your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number on file of the credit card bank. PO Box are not acceptable with FedEx or UPS.
Customer credit cards will be billed as soon as an order is placed. This is done to protect the security of credit card details, as we do not store customer card details.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing orders.
Shipping & Handling Charges Policies
Orders are generally filled within 7-10 working days, with some exceptions and custom production, which may take up to 10-20 days or longer. Please note that orders will ship complete unless we contact you due to stock issues or delays. If you request us to split ship you will incur the freight charges for additional shipment.
Tracking information will be updated once the order is produced, fulfilled and shipped.
